Refund policy

If your order does not fully satisfy you, products purchased online can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange for an item of similar value, or store credit. Items returned outside of the 30-day period are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Products must be returned to us clean and intact.

If you wish to make a return, please send us an email at "contact@kelpi.fr", specifying your order number. We will provide you with the procedure to follow and send you your return label free of charge. Simply drop off your item (in its original packaging) at the post office. Your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt. Once validated, your return will be refunded using the payment method used during the purchase (allow 3 to 5 business days).
